About This Project
ALPHA – ADVANCING 5TH-GENERATION DISTRICT HEATING AND COOLING NETWORKS IN ALPINE SPACE
ALPHA aims to accelerate the decarbonisation of heating, cooling, and building systems by promoting the adoption of 5th-generation district heating and cooling networks. It focuses on improving energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions by strengthening implementation capacities and supporting enabling policy and financing frameworks. Through the development of decarbonisation pathways and the exchange of best practices, the project advances sustainable energy solutions in the building sector.
