DoCUp – UPSKILLING DOMESTIC CARE WORKERS TO ENSURE RESILIENT EMPLOYMENT PATHWAYS
DoCUp aims to upskill domestic care workers by providing training in social, transversal, and attitudinal skills to enhance employment resilience and professionalization. The project delivers a competence matrix, trainer handbook, learner e-book, and web-based training tools to improve care quality, promote skills recognition, and support better working conditions in the sector.
