About This Project
PLASTECO – SUPPORTING EU REGIONS TO CURB PLASTICS WASTE AND LITTERING
PLASTECO aims to reduce plastic waste and littering by supporting the transition to a circular plastics economy. The project focuses on improving waste management, eliminating single-use plastics, promoting eco-innovation, and strengthening policy frameworks. Through the exchange of best practices and policy learning, it helps regions design and implement measures that increase resource efficiency, protect the environment, and foster sustainable growth in plastics value chains.
